Product Description
- Topramezone, developed by BASF SE, is a new triketone post-emergence foliar treatment agent. It is a herbicide with systemic conduction and can be absorbed by the leaves, roots and stems of plants.
- It has a wide herbicidal spectrum and can control annual grass and broadleaf weeds in corn fields.
- The control effect is rapid, taking effect in 2-5 days after application, and has a relatively long duration of efficacy. 4. It shows good safety for various varieties of corn (field corn, sweet corn, popcorn corn). Under normal use, it is safe for crops. 5. It is easy to be rotated with other herbicides.
Application- Weed control spectrum: According to label recommendations, Topguard (topramezone) can effectively control or suppress the following weeds: Digitaria sanguinalis, Echinochloa crus-galli, Eleusine indica, Setaria viridis, Panicum miliaceum, Chenopodium album, Polygonum spp., Abutilon theophrasti, Amaranthus retroflexus, Ambrosia artemisiifolia, Datura stramonium, Galinsoga parviflora, Portulaca oleracea, Xanthium sibiricum, Solanum nigrum, Emilia sonchifolia, etc.
- Application method and time: Foliar treatment at the 2-4 leaf stage after maize emergence. Spray treatment when annual weeds are at the 2-4 leaf stage. Adding synergists can effectively improve the herbicidal efficacy of the agent. This product recommends the special adjuvant attached to the packaging. No other adjuvants need to be added during use. The recommended dosage of adjuvants can be found on the adjuvant packaging.
- Maize fields interplanted or mixed with other crops cannot use this product.
- Young and vigorously growing weeds are more sensitive to topramezone. In low-temperature and dry weather, weed growth will slow down, thus affecting the absorption of topramezone by weeds, and the time for weeds to die will be longer.
- Application should be even and thorough. Avoid repeated spraying, missed spraying, or using more than the recommended dosage. Once replanting is done, do not apply this product again.
